PRP Injections

Platelet‐rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses a small sample of your own blood, spun in a centrifuge to isolate and concentrate healing platelets. This platelet‐rich fluid is then precisely injected into the treatment area (in this case your scalp), where it releases potent growth factors. Those growth factors kickstart your body’s natural repair processes—promoting cell regeneration, boosting collagen production, and revitalizing hair follicles for thicker, healthier growth.

Who is an Ideal Candidate for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Treatments?

  • Adults with early–moderate genetic thinning (Norwood I–III, Ludwig I–II)
  • Still have viable follicles (no fully scarred or smooth bald patches)
  • Good overall health and normal platelet count
  • Not on blood thinners or high-dose NSAIDs
  • Scalp free of infection, dermatitis, or open wounds
  • Non-smokers (or willing to pause/reduce smoking)
  • Able to complete 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart plus maintenance
  • Understands PRP thickens existing hair—it slows loss, doesn’t fully regrow a bald area
  • Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or living with bleeding/platelet disorders
